Transportation Technology Conference

October 12, 2016

The Transportation Technology Conference, held on the Texas A&M campus May 1–3, brought together executives from nearly 100 private-sector companies and leaders from about 50 public institutions. State and national transportation leaders were among the speakers, as well as senior executives from companies such as General Motors, Hyundai, Toyota, IBM and Texas Instruments.

TTI Communications created the conference branding, invitations, fact sheets, program, social media graphics and PowerPoint templates.

Moving Texas Exports

October 12, 2016

The purpose of this series of reports is to:

  • Document the characteristics of Texas’ export trade.
  • Describe the supply chains for six of Texas’ major export commodities — cotton; motor vehicle parts; electronic instruments; plastic resin; timber, wood, and wood products; and liquified natural gas (LNG).
  • Examine the role of transportation in the export supply chains.
  • Identify the transportation concerns of exporters that affect the costs of exports and Texas’ competitiveness in global markets.
