A Texas Department of Transportation sponsored research project caused this PSA to be created. The research project will determine if drivers can be encouraged to modify their behavior by reporting impaired drivers. Deer Park, Texas, was chosen for this project. The PSA aired on local cable insert in Deer Park only. The PSA was written and produced by TTI Communications. The custom version of The Hokey Pokey was performed and recorded by TTI Communications personnel. TTI Communications arranged the licensing of the music for the PSA.
